6. The special design of tank enables vegetables to be washed by 360 degree cyclic turnover. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a sedimentation tank, which can deposit part of the sand and gravel, effectively strengthen the intensity of the vortex, and better wash vegetables.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
1. This machine makes use of the natural mechanics principle of water flow tossing and scouring, protecting vegetables from damaging in the whole washing process, so as to achieve the goal of industrialized and standardized process of washing vegetables.
2. It is used for washing, thoroughly removing light or small impurities(such as sediment, dust and pebbles) and dewatering. If ozone is added, it can effectively sterilize and remove pesticide residues within vegetables.
3. The inlet and both sides of the tank are equipped with nozzles, which are supplied by a high-pressure water pump. After spraying water through the nozzle, the water in the tank generates a cyclotron state; and the materials rotate forward through the water flow and be washed.
4. Materials are transported into the vibration leaching device, and water flows into the bottom tank through the orifice of the vibrating screen, thereby completing the circulation of the entire waterway.
