Product Description

1. MZ-368-1 corn thresher : This machine is used for separating the corn kernels and corn stalks. The threshing thickness can be adjusted.
2. Conveyor : Collect the corn niblet and upload to the next step.
3. Blanching Machine : This Stainless Steel Industrial Automatic Vegetable and Fruit Blancher is a steam heating drift hot machine, the steam box installs with automatic temperature control electromagnetic valve device, manual steam input device and temperature control detector, which can be adjusted automatically to keep a suitable temperature. Suitable for the assembly line processing, machines can be put in the the procedure processing equipment like cooling machine, frying machine and so on.
4. Vegetable Bubble Spray Washing Machine : The combination of three cleaning methods: air bubbles, circulating surfing, and high-pressure spraying, so that the vegetables can be thoroughly cleaned in all directions;The discharge action is lifted by the conveyor, high-pressure spraying is performed on the lifter, and the vegetables are cleaned again, There is a water flow adjustment valve next to the machine, which can control the advance speed of vegetables, and the operation is easy; The conveyor belt is PP imported mesh surface, which meets food grade standards and is easy to clean.   
5. Vibration Vegetable Dewatering Machine  :  a large workbench which can dewaters lots of vegetables and fruits at the same time. It is mainly used to dehydrate the vegetables or fruits by using vibration system. 
6.  Air knife type air dryer : The top consists of three hair dryers, and the bottom blades are adjustable, alongside the rolling material.  The main advantage of the wind knife is to concentrate all the particles together and quickly dry the water on the surface of the material.
