Designed to meet the needs of large-sized meat and poultry processors, our vacuum massageer GR Series industrial capacity, stainless steel vacuum tumblers deliver improved product quality. Vacuum tumbling is a method of marinating meat, poultry and seafood and is designed to provide ready-to-cook, value-added products. Vacuum tumblers are designed to improve vividness of the muscles, meat elements, small meat pieces, chicken bodily sizes and elements in the vacuum environment. Without vacuum tumbling for 20 minutes, marinating requires 24 to 48 hours of soaking before the product is ready for next processing.
Features with Meat Tumbler Machine:
1.In vacuum state, the meats turn up and down in the rolling and kneading machine, hitting against each other, to achieve the massage effect. The machine is able to make the meats salted homogeneously, increase them elasticity, and improve the internal structure of the products.
2. Adopted SUS 304 stainless steel,the blade is detachable and easy to clean;
3. With different rolling and kneading strength, applying to different products;
4. Two kinds of rotating speed and direction;
5.Tumbling time is adjustable according to your requirement.
