Work Principle

Due to the salica the gap of gel plates and the centrifugal force, it will squeeze the garlic to be individudal clove.Garlic stem and skin will be blew away by the fan blower to the side of the machine.

 

 

The machine is made of compact 304 stainless steel, which is up to food standard and ensures quality
