The Automatic Orange Peeler is composed of a feeding, a peeling device, a peeling, a discharging and a conveying of Orange peels.




 

After entering the orange, there is a nylon roll dialing material, the upper part is equipped with stainless steel stopper roller, the orange enters 5 feeding wheels in sequence, slides into the peeling positioning trough, and has a circular stroke pressing material mechanism to press the tangerine into and out of the positioning trough, the groove is provided with 5 peeling knives. After the peeling, the oranges go into the peeling machine.




The frame is made of 60 × 60 × 3 stainless steel square tube, the side plate is made of 3 mm stainless steel plate, and the material shifting roller is made of nylon rod.
